Great tone
Fitted these to a tenor mandola I just built (first effort),mahogany body and sides, spruce top and walnut neck......great treble response, and even better bass, good sustain.......the C string really growls. Have used D'Addario guitar strings for many years................these are of the same quality.

Overpriced
Very over priced. I play a few instruments but these strings are double the price of any thing l have to string.
