WOODEN HANDLE FLATTEN GRILL
Let's face it, there isn't too much to compare when it comes to a cast iron flatten grill. They are all made form the same material, and do the same job. With that said, I wanted a press that was actually FLAT on the bottom. Not one with a pattern or cast logo on the bottom, as that leads to the meat sticking to the press and making a pattern or design on your meat. I am mostly using this for smashburgers, and it leaves the burger nice and flat with no marks on it, and NO sticking when I lift the press off. So, for my application, it is absoluely wonderful!! It does it's job for many other foods too. Bacon, chops, etc..... My main obejctive was to make a flat, unmarked burger for cooking. Success achieved. Thank you!!!

Well made and already seasoned for cooking right out of the box. It keeps the heat and splatter in the skillet where it belongs!
Any one who likes Bacon (and who doesn't !) will like how fast the bacon cooks without the splattering of bacon grease as well as being flat and evenly cooked. It is a great addition to my griddle and works just as well in my large iron skillet.
