You can feel it doing something
It's early days yet but I was impressed with what it does. It's difficult to know precisely which programme you've set but I can feel definite pulses contracting my abdomen. I use the green led on right (looking down on belt fitted to waist) and a couple of presses on top (on) button and my abdominal muscles start pulsing, which has to be exercising . Amazing. Ab Gymnic great little product

Disappointed
