Recapped parts, but still good value.
These are NOT NEW, as they advertise. They are used pulls, and they reprint the part number over the original on the top, to make them look new, when they're not. However, they are working parts, and program and work in applications just fine, so for the price, they're okay which is why I recommend them anyway, and will probably get some more. It's a shame the Chinese are doing this to so many original parts.
