In this comedic adaptation of James Thurber's short story, Ben Stiller stars as Walter, a milquetoast proofreader for a magazine publishing firm. Walter is constitutionally incapable of standing up for himself, so he retreats into his fantasy world, where he is heroic, poised, self-assured, and the master of his fate. Stiller directed from a script by Steven Conrad, with Kristen Wiig, Patton Oswalt, and Shirley MacLaine rounding out the starring cast.

I Love This Movie
I have watched this movie several times and enjoy it more with every viewing. I have to say that I am normally not a Ben Stiller fan but he is delightful in this fun movie. If you haven't seen it, watch it! It's a feel good movie that will make you happy on the inside and could inspire you to get off your butt and do something with your life.

Beyond expectations
I highly recommend this movie. It has everything you want in a great movie.....action, adventure, romance, humor and great scenery. A great cast performing at the top of their game. The soundtrack is awesome and the ending is superlative.

The best movie

This was the best movie I've seen in a long time.
No violence, no nudity, very little bad language, excellent actors, excellent story line, beautiful scenes. Easy in my personal top 5 movies overall. Bro Lynn
