I already had one of these printers and has been a flawless work horse for two years. Mine got nailed by a power surge from a storm and I was unable to get any satisfactory support from Dell because of being out of warranty. The thing is very heavy plus the price of parts and a service call, (since Dell would not provide a service manual to anyone except what they call a qualified Dell service tech), I decided to wait to repair it myself. I ran across this bargain on EBay and bought it for spare parts. Since it was like new and works so great, I just decided to make it my new printer. Glad you made this product available at just the right time for me. What a great resource you are. By the way, the delivery was days earlier than expected, which was great. Thank You.

Does it all
Easy to set up, even for an old steam-power man like me. I'm amazed at the capabilities and the print quality. I had to re-check the invoice to make sure that I got the right printer...I did, and it is a much higher value than the price might imply. This machine does everything except complain. Wish I'd bought one sooner.
