Many Relaxing Evenings Enjoying this Build.
If you are looking for a couple of months worth of late night evening building some German Artillery....then this kit is for you. Beautiful sprues, with plenty of well detailed parts. Nicely detailed instructions and best of all is the metal main gun barrel. Just remember if you build this model in the "travel mode"....then glue the main gun towards the rear of its cradle. If you build it in the "firing mode"....then gun goes forward. This is not weekend project, but rather a super detailed scale kit of the actual prototype gun. Trumpter 15cm gun
Excellent attention to detail, every nut boot and rivet is present. I did find that I had to lightly sand a lot of pieces, just seemed to be a lot of tags left over. Went together very well, lots of small pieces so tweezers are a must, excellent kit overall, recommended for intermediate modellers. I did buy the crew that goes with the gun separately, disappointing they do not come with it, but then cosy would go up. Instructions were clear, metal barrel was a plus, just added weight to the model. Building a diaroma over winter is next step. Good model for missing wheel parts.
