Quick and easy to use
Was delivered very quick. Came in great condition. Only used once so far but works great. Heavy at first but becomes light when powered

The mop works fine but since it is a ref...
The mop works fine but since it is a refurbished unit it has been used previously. The previous owner used a strong detergent in the mop for some reason, so whenever I use it the place stinks of it. I have tried flushing it out numerous times but cannot get rid of the chemical smell. Aside from that is a great mop and performs well.

Brilliant cleaner
This product is so easy to use very lightweight have tried other makes but this one is the best by far wish I had got one earlier

Works very well
This works great at cleaning out Travertine tiled floors - easier than a floor mop and it steams cleans it. The pads remove east for washing too

For light cleaning, it makes it light work. Any soiling is absorbed by the pads, so there is a limit
