Extremely picky, I'm keeping this Celtic charmer contemporary faerie tale rom-com of Fair Isles beauty, clever script, and romantic heart, though I don't care for leading man but glad I bought for more of Scottish "Monarch of the Glen" genre mood and braw 'broth of a boy' supporting actor Hamish Clark I wish this movie used more or the other Scot supporting actor James Fleet ("Sense & Sensibility"). Portrayed as Outer Hebrides, filmed at a Scottish castle and on the nation of Isle of Man in Irish Sea betwixt Ireland and British Crown protection, peopled since 400 A.D. by Galatia/Gallic/Gaelic/Irish Celts. Quirky, clever fun!
I've watched this movie so many times on Netflix, thought it was time to own it on DVD. Many great one-liners like "I'm kryptonite to men. Kryptonite dipped in cellulite." Revisiting my favorite Doctor (Dr. Who, that is)
