Nice pictures but no substance
While this book provides several photos of nice models, no railroad theory is provided that defines terminal layout. The model railroader often seeks examples to follow for their own layout construction. This book does offer some of that aspect. If the modeler seeks reason for how a railroad builds their facility, this book falls way short. The modeler often has to design their layout with restrictions due to limited space.
