My excellent Sealey rod end chamfering tool
I used this tool to externally plunge chamfer the ends of the 8 off x M10 resin anchor studs that retain my new steel security cabinet, which I have bolted to the concrete wall and floor of the building, before fitting the nyloc nuts tightly. The "Sealey" tool has 3 off High Speed Steel cutters fitted. So I decided to run my power drill at a very slow cutting speed RPM to avoid overheating the blades. It would be good to use a cutting fluid/oil/coolant if possible just as if you had chucked a normal HSS twist drill. The chamfers were easily produced and all the nuts were started easily on the threaded studs. I can reccommend this tool as it is fit for purpose and very easy to use on all rod ends within its rod diameter and material operating range.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Does exactly what it says on the tin
