Excellent product supplied by first class company
My original cleanerhead became stuck and would not pick up. This new one instantly worked and made the Dyson like brand new machine. V8 Motorhead
Early days but so far I'm really pleased with this product. Cheaper than Dyson sell them for. Looks good, works well , delivery slightly earlier than promised. More than happy at present but, as I said, early days. Last one lasted over 4 years, let's hope this does the same. An exact one-for-one replacement for my old head, which I needed to change because of red dust being thrown out by the roller. As far as I can tell, it's a genuine Dyson item and it certainly works as well as my old head. Expensive - like all Dyson parts - but this was the best value that I could find. Rejuvenated Dyson

When my original motorhead broke I bought this one . When it arrived it was well packaged and arrived quickly. On unboxing I plugged it straight on and used it on the living room carpet.
