A smooth and professional live performance can be achieved with the Roland SB-55 in connection with a good sound module. The SB-55 will play a floppy disk just like a CD, with no need to wait for the selected song file to load. I recommend the Yamaha TG-100 sound module to work with the SB-55. The Roland MC-50 or MC-50 Mk II sequencer is an associated piece of equipment excellent for creating and editing background music to be played on the SB-55
