Exactly as described
I ordered my new remote control unit as my old one didn't work on the info button without pressing really hard several times to make it work. I received my new one and inserted batteries and it worked straightaway. The only thing I had to do was put in a code for it as I have a different brand of TV to my HDD box. Without the code it would not operate the TV section on the top right. This I found in my manual so wasn't a problem. Am very pleased with the product as it was a good price too for a genuine Panasonic remote.

Fantastic handset for Panasonic TV's
I needed a new handset for my Panasonic TV. Like other, I kept pressing the buttons to no avail. I clicked on this one and learned from others how easy it was to use, so decided I would buy one. It was the best thing I did, Just put batteries in and away it goes Brilliant!

Good replacement remote control
At first glance this replacement remote control looks identical to the original. It needs no set up and works as soon as batteris are installed which is good. My only compaint is that the central buttons are of soft material whereas the originals were hard. This means that when navigating through menus etc. it feels a bit "Squishy" so less positive than the original buttons. I am not sure how much an original repacement would be, but I think the price paid is significantly less, so I am nt complaining - I just wonder is it will last as long as the one which came with my TV many years ago!

Good remote easy to use put the batteries in switch it on and of you go.
Works well at first But don`t last long this is my 3rd in 6 years. (Panasonic could do better) the same buttons on each remote stopped working.

Perfect replacement remote
Very pleased I made this purchase. It is a genuine direct replacement and works perfectly. My old original remote was starting to work intermittently and required a larger amount of force on the buttons to respond. This new replacement has transformed my HDD PVR. A Great buy at a fantastic price.

Relaxation time has arrived.
My old control had given up the ghost so its great that I can use the new one with just a flick of the buttons. No more getting fed up having to press the buttons multiple times to play or pause the recording. Thank you!!

Essential Replacement
Wore out some of the old remote buttons but the recorder worked fine. This replacement remote has given a new lease of life to to the recorder at minimal cost. Item was delivered the following day. Happy to recommend.

Perfect replacement remote control
This was a replacement for an original Panasonic Free-view controller which was gradually failing after several year's use. The replacement was perfect and reproduces exactly all of the original functions, plus a few more - it apparently can also be used with a Panasonic blue-ray player!

Genuine article
This is the genuine article with the supplier confirming the part number before sale. The controller it replaces has one or two unresponsive keys. This controller works very well to the extent that it makes me realise how, even using the batteries from the previous unit, bad it was getting. Recommended and well pleased.

Clearly a genuine item
We needed to replace our old remote and I found this one. It said in the listing that it was genuine and it clearly is. It works perfectly so I am very happy with it. Very good value too.
