A Classic Work of Art
The Brooks Swift is really a work of art. This is my second Swift. Once the break-in is over these saddles become part of your anatomy. It is a more refined saddle than the Brooks B17. The copper rivets on this Swift are a nice addition. There are lots of lighter saddles around but they probably won’t stay on your bike as long.

For a small lady, this works well.
I'm a 5 foot lady, and I did a lot of research into which brooks seat would best suit me. Although this one is technically a men's seat, mostly per the sits bone length and length of the entire saddle, it fits me nicely. Naturally, I have narrow sits bone (the distance between my ischial tuberosities measures approximately 100-110mm), and although the seat protrudes out the front, I haven't found this problematic at all. I'd consider myself a moderately aggressive rider, and the saddle is handsomely placed on a road bike. I've had my seat for around 2 weeks, and put maybe 150miles on it so far and I'm very happy. I'm still breaking it in, but cycling shorts have helped and I haven't come off with too many saddle sores yet. Hope this helps another little rider out there! I won't bother to mention how great this seat looks on any bike, that is glaringly obvious to all brooks' shoppers.
