Yummy and packed with Protein!
I'm a huge fan of peanut butter and chocolate so I decided to give this flavor a try. I looooove this Power Crunch bar! I eat these after a workout and when I have a craving for a reeses cup! This is the bar to get to help you stay on track while also knocking out that sweet tooth. I however like the Chocolate Mint flavor better because it taste like a girl scout thin mint! Even better when frozen!!!! What I don't like about this bar is that it's not filling. This bar is a light weight wafer. I ate Quest bars for two years straight (until the recipe was changed) and those bars were filling enough that they could be replaced with a meal. After eating a Power crunch I chug down a ton of water to keep my body from becoming hungry immediately after eating the bar. I really wish I could replace this bar with a meal seeing as though its a 200 calorie bar. All in all I would recommend this product its delicious with only 5g of sugar, 15g of protein, and 10g of carbs!! Tastes great
