NOW Foods (brand) is one of the best on the market. I plan on taking this to counteract low CoQ10 that is associated with the use of statins (cholesterol lowering medication).

Ubiquinol is a necessary supplement, especially as you get older to keep your heart strong, and if taking the dreaded (which I will NOT take) Statin drugs an absolute MUST.
