Save your ears when wearing face masks for prolonged periods
Works to keep your face mask from hurting behind your ears. The disposable one-time use face masks (blue surgical masks) have very stretchy bands so no modification is needed. Some of the home-made face masks have less stretchy loops, and you may have to add a rubber band to achieve the right tension. I was going to be a poll worker and that would mean wearing a face mask for about 14 hours. You can search the internet and find more information.
