Hmmm
No problems with the seller but the product is messy. There's a lot of twigs in it so you'll spend a lot of time picking them or so they don't rip the papers. It's very dry too, so needs dampening to roll properly. Or grind it up in a grinder.

Awful stuff caused sore throat and tongue. So I left it for a week then again affected throat and mouth so chucked it on my coal fire! Not for me sorr
Sorry it's awful not for me and my husband tried it and he hated it too.

Not great for smoking
Tried this alongside a similar product made in the UK with a mix of mullein, marshmallow and others. This was just too harsh in my opinion, so did not end up using it.
