Excellent informative book about a diet that actually works.
This is a great book, and an amazing diet that has changed my life.
I lost 30LB's in one month. It is a restrictive diet, but worth it if you really want to lose weight and get healthy again. I have also adopted it now as my new life style. My arthritic pain has totally gone. I do not exercise except for practicing Tai Chi Qi Gong every day.
I am looking forward to losing 60 LB more.
