Easy Peasy
I’ve tried bread making in the past but it’s ended up like a house brick - particularly brown. The mug bread recipe is superb. You can easy do it in between other jobs whilst it’s proving and now I’m making it three times a week. Everything James writes is there for a reason by way of explanation. I was worried it might be technical and hard-going but it certainly is not. It’s great fun and practice definitely makes perfect as you begin to understand how the dough should look and feel. Give it a go I highly recommend it.

Well illustrated and enjoyable book to read.
