Love the taste
I got the chocolate peanut butter flavour and the taste is so lovely. I take one scoop in the morning (with whole milk) and one in the evening, I've only been doing it for a few days but I've already gained a couple of pounds. I've got a long way to go to reach my goal weight, but these shakes will definitely help along with some lifestyle changes.
