The title was okay for me because that was what I was looking for.
The information about canning is still stellar. I used to can 50 years ago and had a "Blue Book." It was my bible, Now my grandson !!! and his wife want me to show them how to can. You can't go wrong with a Ball Blue Book.
The book is great! It gives lots of recipes but also gives you the information to create things on your own. It gives the basics and encourages you to venture out on your own. I really like this book!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

a must have
