It looks like a really good workout. I only went through 1/2 of the video. For someone like me who is 64 years old, it's a bit too much of an endurance even though I do cycle over 4,000 miles a year at a "B" class level. More for someone younger or fit.
Still a great video as with all his DVD's.
Highly recommend for avid cyclists and fitness enthusiasts. 70+ minutes but Troy keeps you motivated thriughout. Work on technique, tempo and sprints whille hitting all training zones.
