    Adapter is in good shape and working gre...

    Adapter is in good shape and working great. I am having no issues using it with the latest NI-488.2 driver, and was able to register the serial number on National Instruments' website.

    Works exactly like the original NI USB device they stopped making for some reason. Worked exactly the same as the original no error messages I didn't need to reinstall the driver

    Initially was not recognized by windows,...

    Initially was not recognized by windows, but eventually was after 488.2 driver load and more than one reboot. Works with NI free software.
