    A Gift For A Friend

    I had a great co-worker who later became a great friend. Over time I would find out that he is a BMW enthusiast (or wants to be, rather). I say had because he's since moved on to a better business venture. This model was his parting gift. I surfed through Amazon and eBay and found this model to have the greatest detail for the price; precise painting, rubber wheels, an impressive engine bay, and reasonable interior (I wish I could find one of these in "manual"). The blue brake calipers against the black wheels and white paint really set the car off. I've seen the car in person once (it was a gift, so I couldn't open it for mysefl!), the model has a good weight to it and looking at the muffler finish is oddly satisfying. If I had one complaint about model itself, it's that the trunk is somewhat "stiff" when opening it and I was afraid I might damage the model by trying to force it. Otherwise, myself and my friend are greatly pleased with the overall look and feel of the model. If I am ever in need of another Kyosho made vehicle model I know where I'll get it from.
