Product Information
The D-606 dynamic microphone from Pulse is designed to capture sounds from instruments of a drum set, such as snares or toms. It incorporates a cable, three-pin XLR plug and an adjustable locking stand for optimal positioning, and is shock-mounted to protect it from percussive vibrations. Small, rugged, great clip for cast rims.
I have 2 of these mics. 1 on top of the snare. The set up with the clip keeps it well away from the center. It is small enough not to get in the way but if you do hit it by accident its shape deflects your stick without the mic sustaining any damage. The second mic is on an extra floor tom. Sound reproduction is very good, from the click of the snare to the thud and deep tones of the floor tom. I use these in conjunction with a different make set of drum mics, (I have more drums than I had mics) both live and in the studio and they merge well with them through different mixing desks. Good mic for the money for sure
Came just as advertised. Took a little while to get here BUT that was not a secret or misrepresented in anyway. I mounted this on one the stand as the bracket doesnt get small enough for the cajon backing. Nothing a shim wouldn't fix though! Great little mic, company was very easy to deal with. Overall great experience.

Fabulous Miics for the money
Having bought one to try I have six of these now. They are very lightweight but very robust. Well made items too. The drum clip to attach the mic to the drum is a very high quality too, not a cheap and nasty product that will break after a few gigs. I have another set of drum mics which were considerably more expensive than these ones, but i can honestly say that i don't hear any difference between them and the Pulse D606 mics look much better and have a smaller footprint. Very good sound, great value for money!

Excellent microphones
I ordered 3 pieces of D-606 recently, that I received from UK very soon, within3 days! These have very nice shape and sound as well. I already used them, attached on toms, but applied K&M 24030 holders instead of original ones. I can recommend the D-606 to everybody, who needs good value / price cheap microphones.

The mic works well live with my cajon gi...
The mic works well live with my cajon giving a good sound. The clip was not wide enough to clamp on the hole on my cajon so I had to 'modify' it to make it work. If the clip would open wider it would be a 5 star product.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

A great low cost drum mic.

Excellent quality for the price
