By adjusting the amount of filler used, you can experiment to find the optimum amount of filler to suit your speakers .Featuring new zinc coated micro-discs, the NEW UPGRADED Atabite inert filler now gives increased density to volume over the old Atabite inert filler and has a uniformed particulate size giving consistant sonic performance. The Zinc coating reduces any oxidisation and degradation and enhances the visual aesthetics. Supplied in a 7kgs tub.

THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!
While you can still only, truly procure this fill from Europe, it is well worth the minimal hassle of ordering from a supplier abroad, although truth be told, it was a fairly painless process. Just took a bit longer to received. This stuff has much stronger sound//vibration properties and is so much safer to use than lead. Sand fill doesn’t even approach the insulating properties of Atabytes! It’s not inexpensive, but the truth is, if you’re looking to spend money on high-quality speaker stand fill material, chances are you’ve already spent a small fortune on your system most likely. Highly recommend to everyone.

The Best Speaker Stand Filler
Probably the very best filler for speaker stands. Downside is that if you have large tubes to fill, then it can be expensive. Advantages are that it is very clean, heavy for its volume, creates no dust, no damp problems. It adds weight to the stands, tightens up the bass and is a worthwhile upgrade

Fiddly little things... But far greater mass loading capability than other options... Combined with atacama hms 1.1 700 I feel certain my Kef ls50 are supported at their best

A must have. Having purchased Atacama speaker stands, these fillers give greater support and improve sound quality just that bit more. Bass is especially tighter.

Great product, they work very well. Fair warning, they are HEAVY! Shipping from the UK is expensive but so worth it. I'll be buying more soon.

Expensive shipping
The atabites are great, but shipping from the UK to LA, California cost more than the product. I put half in each stand and it barely filled about a quarter of each one of the stands, which was nothing.
