I received the watch through the post in perfect condition with all labels, box, leaflets etc. basically as you would expect from a brand new watch. And no great surprises: dial = as gorgeous as people say and better than images / videos can do it justice; strap = bearable for a short amount of time until you select and source another; movement = not great in that it’s probably + / - 25 seconds a day... but, again, this stuff is out there in reviews. Ultimately, you’re paying £390 for a beautiful automatic watch with an exhibition case back... At this particular point in time, i would still prefer to sacrifice the accuracy for an automatic with the exhibition case. More than a very pretty face
A few things give pleasure each time they are used and for me this watch is one of them. The sunburst dial is a beautiful effect very well executed, and overall the watch is more elegant than the case depth would suggest. The domed crystal and case shape give a retro feel. Practically Seiko's midrange 6R15 movement gives great performance for a mechanical watch at this price point, and it is also hand windable and hackable which make it easy to set to the second. Fantastic watch

Ok at best!
Dont get me wrong as i wear a Rolex sea dweller and a Hamilton khaki field as second watch. So this feels flimsy and very uncomfortable as the clasp on this shiny strap is a bit too curved, so digs into wrist. But beautiful looking watch, i personally feel this watch is over rated as it has a pathetic movement and hardlex glass. Its way too thick to be a dress watch. Buy one while you still can.
Ridiculously good watch for the price. One to keep and pass on to the next generation. Has been discontinued and replaced by the Presage range, (6 watches all based on this one). Beautiful watch
Superb addition to the collection. If you’re after a dress watch that is beautiful, accurate ,will increase in value and a talking point, the SARB065 ticks all the boxes.
