No regrets
I've been doing Jane Fonda workouts off and on since the 90s, so I've always been a fan. Over the years, as I've aged, I've been working on not beating up my body with strenuous workouts like I used to. I won't lie, I still do hardcore workouts, but I like to alternate them with more sensible yet effective exercises. Jane's Prime Time workouts are perfect because not only does she explain and teach, she also focuses on safety and proper form. Jane is about 30 years older than me, which means I'm closer to 60 than I've ever been, so the possibility of injuring myself increases with each passing year, regardless of my experience. The DVD was purchased used, but you'd never know as it functions fabulously.
