Best natural solution to gout.
Having suffered from gout for many years and trying not to live on pain killers or to take the usual medical remedies, most of which have terrible side effects, I have found that this specific product to be the best natural remedy for the problem. Even when the pain is particularly bad and it is difficult to believe that just drinking this will help, it always does. Usually within a day or so there is a noticeable improvement, and after that the problem is soon forgotten. I usually take Ibuprofen as well if the pain is particularly bad but they do not get rid of the underlying problem. The cherry juice does. As the juice is relatively sweet and is in a syrup form it is easy to stir it into a yogurt or mix it with another drink. I often use a cherry juice drink from Sainsbury's as a base drink. However do not use if any gas is present in the bottle on opening as this suggests that fermentation is occurring. I had this problem recently when buying from a well known health store chain. Clearly it had not been kept in proper conditions.

pure 100% cherry juice
I like this product because it is 100% juice; has no preservatives etc. Better than other brands! Unfortunately it doesn't seem to help me sleep but I'm continuing to take it as I believe it is good for the body
