Comes in medcated and in extra strength. I use extra strength in the summer it prevents heat rash on those hazy hot. and humid days. And is great for the feet by keeping your feet fresh. If your feet are hot, tired, and sore in the summer, this is your powder. I was a skeptic, but this works
This talc is great, and the menthol seems to have a genuinely medical effect, which helps soothe broken skin and reduce discomfort. Very happy to find Original Gold Bond

I know talc is now "bad for you" but with some precautions you can mitigate any talc risks. Nothing beats the original with talc for comfort and feel.
