Optician's idea.
I went to an unfamiliar optician to have my free work eyetest and VDU glasses. Their game was to get me to buy something - anything. They tried upgrades, other glasses and then eye wipes. Effective but over-priced.
The wipes are effective at helping to control and reduce blepharitis. They are a convenient method, and quicker than getting boiled water and cotton wool. But they are larger than needed, which adds to the cost. Wipes half the size would do the job just as well. I had extremely red itchy eyelids 12 months ago and was diagnosed with Blephartis and these were recommended by my optician.
