Worked OK for me sort of...
I have three of these mixers in my house. All have been serviced over the past 19 years by me. This time, to correct a dripping shower, I ordered from this site vs going to Kohler at 3X the price. The pressure regulator did not fit as easily as the original unit and once reassembled, water did not shut off completely. So I just used the new washers with the old pressure regulator & mixer. Problem solved. Could I have just purchased a repair kit of washers? Or go to the local hardware store for washers? Probably yes. Did not see a repair kit in my Google search not did I look for one. Do I recommend this kit? Well Yes & No based upon my experience. Who knows, possibly the units from Kohler are also from China as well and i got one that slipped through Q/A?

50 Percent less costly than factory brand.
This may be a knockoff but it worked fantastic. My problem was that hot water was all I got. After putting in both parts, hot and cold could be adjusted easily and just right quickly.

Performed as expected
I had a very old version that was primarily brass that was discontinued. This product, although "feels" lower quality due to more plastic composite than brass parts, did fit and functioned as expected. Saved me from doing a demolition project. Kohler has a replacement valve identifier in the Support section of their website and that's how I determined the correct replacement part.

Koehler second hand part
I bought this part to replace my old one that leaking, but the new part was worse than the old part, it was leaking more and we cannot even return it because it installed. My complaint is not about the seller, it is about the second hand part manufacturer which doesn't compare to Koehler original parts. Do not buy second hand parts, buy only Koehler original parts.

No plumber needed!
Exact OEM replacement parts, very easy installation. Shower valve is now like brand new and the best part is I didn't have to pay a plumber an arm and a leg!

Fix too hot or only cold water shower issue
This kit has both the pressure balancing unit and mixer balancing cap. It's relatively easy to replace and worked to eliminate shower problem of either too hot or only cold water.

Good fix for old brass Kohler shower valve.
Works great (so far). Fixed by very old brass Kohler shower valve with better mixing and more pressure.

Great to have warm water again!!
The part was very easy to install and seems to be fairly interchangeable with other Kohler shower parts.
