Water pump with no instructions
The water pump kit itself was ok. But it did not come with instructions which would have come in handy. The seller when contacted said they did not come with instructions. I was a parts man for years and never seen a rebuild kit without instructions being inside. This is just a way to try and keep the novice from doing repairs themselves. OK, but not the best quality.
This pump works and the price is right but not the best quality. The holes in the housing don't line up real well with the studs on the lower unit. They need to be about a 1/16" further apart. Made it difficult to pull the lower half of the pump body down. I know Sierra and others are also made in China, but some asre obviously better than others. Bad fit.
