No Tool fitment Instructions,
1, This T5 wheel bearing puller set is unfortunately not of a high enough standard of material to complete the task it is intended for. VW Bearing tool
Does exactly what it’s designed to do with a few different plates and rings for various models. Makes the job really easy and presses beating in without pressing on the flange. Used it once and the main threaded shaft is already damaged, threads starting to strip. Such a shame the main wearing part is made of cheese, don’t think it would do many before stripping totally. Go for it
Took about 2 hours to replace rear bearing on VW T5.1.No issues. Never done one before, used YouTube for guidance. Used plenty of grease on puller threads and bearing. 22mm socket and breaker bar will make your life easier. 30mm nut on back I secured with a spanner. A competent diyer shouldn’t have any problems. The tool and (Febi) bearing cost just over £100. Hope this helps to save you a chunk of money.

Worked perfectly
I just used this kit to change the front wheel bearing on my T5. It worked perfectly and having watched a YouTube video I managed on my drive. I was worried at one point when trying to withdraw the bearing as it took a lot of force with a breaker bar to get the bearing to budge but once it had it was plain sailing from then on and putting the new one in was easy. A few other issues along the way but that was my van and nothing to do with the tool.

slight mods needed to be made in order for it to work.
Had to take some material off with a grinder on the back side of the puller. to get the lip under the bearing. after that it did the job fine.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

works well for the money, instructions would help.
Noticed a couple of other reviews mentioned removing material to make it fit. It will fit OE type or genuine bearings but not cheaper aftermarket ones as tried it on both.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Good for the money

VW t5 rear wheel bearing
I only fit genuine parts and hardly leave reviews but experienced mechanic and this tool is as good as anything else and would be happy to use this hundreds of times with no worry of it breaking when i opened the carry case i was shocked these dont retail at £70+Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
