Quick, Easy, Delicious Eggs Benedict topper!
Great product,;exactly what I was looking for! I made Eggs Benedict right away and this Hollandaise was a delicious topping. I did add the juice of 1/2 lemon, as we like it quite lemony, but it was good tasting even before I added the lemon juice. Arrived on time, well packed, and I am very happy.
