Like my new 20 lb CAP dumbbells
Have other CAP older dumbbells and the handles on these new ones are a better to grip. Using mostly for shoulder work. I did not rate these as a good value because with the pandemic the price was above what they used to sell for because of increased demand for home fitness equipment..

Nice Dumbell
Much better dumbell than the rubber end dumbells with an awful rubber smell. The cast iron dumbell avoids that rubber odor. I believe they are attractive dumbells and are easy to use. My only issue is that they are relatively expensive, but not more than other similar dumbells. However, the market has all of them overpriced compared to prior to the Coronavirus pandemic occurring.

well packaged and fair price
the price for this wasnt as ridiculous as some of the pricing being done out there to capitalize on the Pandemic. this price was fair and they did as best of a job as they could packaging them
