Great Creative Sound Card!!
I have been using Creative brand sound cards for years, as a fact my first card was a creative sound blaster live! back in 98 and through the years I upgraded my cards be it because tech specs changed or the cards had features I loved and wanted, but the one factor that remains true through all the upgrades is that the sound quality has always been top rate with Creative Sound Blaster, music and movies have a quality that seems to come to life and games are just that much better and pop out at you as sound plays just as important role in immersion of any media experience and this Sound Blaster Z card does not fail at any of it. Pros: - Great sound quality - Easy installation - Easy to use controls - Separate line out and headphone jacks on the back Cons: - Lacks some features that the older cards had - 5.1 sound and not 7.1 surround Ok so the cons are not much for cons considering the great sound quality you get but I did enjoy the other features other cards had like the Xfi or Audigy ZS series carried and this did not make much sense to me since this Z series card brags about quad core audio processing but had less features than previous cards. If you are considering this card and you enjoy gaming this card is awesome and a great buy you will not be disappointed in the sound quality with its deep rich bass and awesome highs.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Generalüberholt

SUPERB Sound Quality!!
Creative Labs reputation once again proceeds them, and they have come out with yet another very high-quality audio product. The only problem I have with this soundcard is the fact that there is no longer any access to EXTREMELY IMPORTANT and NECESSITY-BASED Bass and Treble adjustment sliders, and users of this sound card and other cards also recently made by Creative Labs are now Forced to *TOIL* with an equalizer if they want their sound to be at maximum quality instead of having the, again NECESSARY "convenience" of simply setting the bass and treble sliders to the desired values. Awesome sound, ok drivers
The sound upgrade from onboard is HUGE (ALC892 in my case). This is a great sound card. Listening to music has never been so satisfying, and gaming is great as well. Probably the best all-round card you can get. The main gripe with it is the drivers. They are not necessarily bad, just a bit unstable... I use the card a lot with my headphones, and sometimes the sound goes crazy. Left comes out of the right side, or out of both instead of only one, or one side cuts out completely. Fantastic sound. Big upgrade over integrated motherboard audio. Easy install.

For clear and vivid sound!
Incredible sound quality by price. The audio signature is focused on the details of the treble, but the bass and mid are perceived and well balanced. I define it as a vivid, clear sound. (does not compare with my old dac fx-audio x6, SBZ is much better.)Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

The Sound is Great!
The software is a little glitchy. A windows update or something deleted the card and it was a pain trying to fix it. But other than that time, it's worked perfectly and the sound is great. Great Legacy Card
Great card. Cool red glow and looks cool. I wish it had more variety of connectors but the sound quality is excellent. Took a little finagling to get my system to recognize it and install the drivers, and the lack of software from Soundblaster is disappointing and their mobile apps suck, at least with this guy, but still...great deal, great upgrade, and pleased with the purchase.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Time to Rock
Love this card. Easy install no problems with drivers that Microsoft found me during load up, which at first I was going to cancel and go to creative website to install drivers. Took a chance with Microsoft to install drivers they found, no problems. Installing software from disk had a couple hiccups with a DoInstall fails to launch errorcode- 2147213312. Clicked OK on popup and install carried on without a hitch. In the end this error code had no adverse effects with running this card and accessing all its features. A mystery to me !! I am running Windows 7. All in all this card rocks, would highly recommend for any gamer or music enthusiast !!!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
