Built like a tank. Will produce desired results if used properly. Will pay for itself.
Been using this device for over 2 months now. You won't grow big like Arnie during this period, but people around me have noticed the difference. I do spin biking on isokinator free days for cardio. This compliments well the isokinator exercises designed mostly for the upper body, as I do not like the leg exercises that comes with it. The form and technique need to be followed accordingly including the durations in order to get the correct results, with the exception of the rest between sets which I have extended. If done properly, you can't over exert yourself, resulting in injury free workouts. My initial thought is that this device is so expensive. But once you start using it, you might reconsider continuing with your gym membership and the money you save will speak for itself. Not everyone is the same though, as I have a friend who seriously gave this device a go and did not like it.

Incredible device!
An incredible device. Very well made. I have seen better results in 3 months of using the Isokinater than 20 years of using other weight training. My strength and definition have increased. The main thing is to follow the workout routine and eat a healthy diet. I wish I knew about the Isokinator 20 years ago.
