An older production - a little clunky
I love Zumba and was looking for few more DVDs to add to my mix for some variety. These are from 2005 which I did not realize when I purchased, so not the best. They drag some due to language translation and are harder to follow, so I don't feel like I get a very good workout. Was worth a shot but "meh".

Instant results
This is a great workout. I had some injuries that made running and some strength training difficult. I love that the program is broken down so anyone at any level can do this. The beginner workout was surprisingly energetic. Lots of sweat and my waist was wonderfully sore for a few days. Even my legs were exhausted. It's deceptive in the sense that you're enjoying the movement so much that you forget that you're actually exercising. Even my kids joined in and enjoyed the workout. They picked up the moves quickly. Best part, my stomach was noticably flatter after the first workout!

This isn't the typical or regular zumba. It's also in Spanish. W an English interpreter.
