Great aerobics-style workouts for a low price
I like the videos - they're fun. A little tough at first (to learn the choreography) but a good workout. You get out of it what you put into it. The teacher has a good personality and lots of energy. She's likable. If you like aerobics classes, I recommend it. You don't need any special equipment to do these workouts.

This is a great cardio workout. Like it that there several different workouts so you don't get bored always doing the same thing.
DVD was used so I was a little apprehensive about buying it sight unseen. But it works great! I bought it to use with a group of friends at work who exercise together and we just love it!

great value
With 5 workouts included, this is a great deal. Chalene is energetic and likeable and picks good music to make the workouts fun. Even the 'learn & burn' workout is good, if you keep doing reps while she's explaining the moves.

Great workout and fun!
Such a good workout and needed at this time of home workouts. Music is great and is as easy or hard as you want it to be! Great for both me and my husband.

Love this DVD! I used this ages ago, lost it, but now that my gym is closed wanted to do it again, and it is fun, a great work out, and the DVDs are a good value

Great workout
Turbo Jam is a great beginner workout. It is what got me into fitness and living healthy 10 years ago. I bought it this time for my sister, and she loves it!

Great little workout
This is the first Turbo Jam workout and I bought this DVD as a back up to my original. I use the Turbo Jam and the Turbo Fire workouts and they get the job done, are lots of fun, and strengthen the core while jumping and kicking.

work our disc turbo jam
I’m a bit disappointed the disc skips about half way through but I love the workout I had this workout for many years, but this disc didn’t have the option to pump up the music on the main menu like my original but the skipping is annoying and I have a brand new disc player so it’s not my player🙁
