Wish battery life was better.
For the money (in my case $130), it's a good bargain. Albeit very dissapointed with battery life, but not surprising considering it's a second owner phone. Still happy with purchase because I keep phone battery usage in check. Everything else, the phone performs as promised. Good Replacement Phone.
The reconditioned Samsung S4 phone was a very good solution as a replacement to my older S3. I only use my phone for emails and phone calls, so did not feel I needed to have a new model phone with all the bells and whistles. great value
i bought this as a used product that was probably a store demonstrator. i expected some visible blemishes but was surprised to find that the phone looked absolutely unused. after checking the functions it appears to be functioning properly and am very happy with my new phone. it has a large screen, is easy to use and being an android has many downloadable apps to choose from. although the battery doesn't have the best staying power, you can extend it by adjusting your settings to maximize its life before recharging. the camera takes wonderful pictures and video and with an expandable microchip memory you can save a large album. i know newer galaxies are out there but i like the functionality of having a removable battery, an extendable memory and just the right physical size.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Have it about a year, still good reliable phone.
Cell phones have come a long way. I've owned an S3 for a few years and jumped around many brands, carriers and devices until I rolled back to an S4 because one of my good friends had one for years. Still there's a lot of things I like that I don't see on many other phones. The positives include a removable battery, USB 2.0 port, fairly decent Snapdragon 600 series CPU, no frills design, menu key and not too terribly fancy compared to newer models. I get up to 5-7 days of standby when I'm not using it simply because I rarely text or get phone calls when I'm at home and I leave sync disabled. It will run Pokemon Go and most modern apps though it can be a bit sluggish at times. The neutral starts the IR Blaster to which I've not bothered to replace the app it came with. I think it used to be a Samsung app that was moved over to Peel and has a ton of obtrusive ads. The usable memory is 9GB unless the S3's 12GB which is not a big deal but less room to install stuff. Also some apps, notably the messaging settings, don't properly support the AMOLED display. Since this runs an older version of Android I wouldn't expect compatibility or night mode for many apps out there. Most of the negatives are with the preloaded Samsung apps and some like ChatON that can't be disabled despite being unsupported. Though it's not presently a big deal as they're not running. The included charging adapter is 2A which charges the battery pretty quick but not sure how much wear and tear it will put on it. So far I don't plan on replacing/upgrading it any time soon since it still runs great and haven't encountered many issues that I haven't solved.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Not Factory?
Phone is about 2-3mm thicker than my stock S4, so my old case will not fit. Software is a little buggy (screen brightness changes without input, won't hold a brightness setting, etc.) No power icon next to the power button as is with my original factory S4. There were 3 photos already stored in gallery, pictures of what seemed to be an office table with other phones on it (perhaps being processed for sale?) and an energy drink bottle with all Chinese graphics. Screen has a colder temperature than my stock S4. Otherwise the phone functions properly and I consider it an inexpensive solution to an immediate need. Great for backup, daily use, etc.. Looked good, just replaced - bummer!
Started as a silent phone, had to clean the audio jack (full of dust)/ slow (and may I add, SLOW!!) charger, low volume, low ringer and a natural crasher. Worst phone ever bought for my family/ don't waste your time with this piece of junk! A great tool and a great price!

It looks good that's the only plus. But it runs hot fast battery dies fast. Charged it 16 minutes ago and already down to 76%
