Lots of info spelled out in easy-to-understand terms
I bought this as part of a book study class, so they apparently think it is a worthy book. After glancing through, I can tell it has lots of info on shapes, shadows, negative shapes, and how to make color families that look good together. The illustrations are bold and beautiful!

Like its title, the book is filled with light and color.
Written by a "guru" in the Plein Air movement, it is an informative, interesting and colorful book. It serves as an inspiration to get out there and paint.
