Best most reliable kitchen printer made.
Built like a tank, these printers are the workhorse of the point of sale industry for kitchen printers. Long lasting, heavy duty, able to withstand high temperatures with multiple interface options available. Two color available printing with red black ribbon. Great printer and great value

Workhorse
These printers are workhorses - if you need a reliable printer that makes a little noise to let kitchen staff or bartenders that something just printed (unlike a thermal printer that's silent), then this printer is perfect. The last Epson (same model) lasted over 10 years in a very busy restaurant kitchen.

Good price, it works
This is definitely not a new model, the Epson logo was taken off from the machine (not like the picture) and it has lots of scratches, but it works great and so I'm happy, because all I wanted was a low cost machine that works

Long life under heavy use and many interface options
The printer standard for many years. With the many interfaces it will fit into all applications. No bad on this one.

Not worth the money you paid for
This just broke within 4 months...save yourself time and buy the new one instead...

Printer does not work
We attempted to set this up, and even contacted our POS support tech people. They said that there is something not functioning with the printer.
