    recipes are easy to follow, fast, simple, and fabulous. After a few days eating paleo your cravings stop. I don't miss all the junk food . I have more energy and for me I am sleeping better than I have in years. I have been eating the whole 30 for a month and switched to paleo which is about the same way of eating. I will keep this way for life. I will from time to time have a cookie or one of my favorite desert if I want but not very often because I really don't care for them anymore. I have had deserts and felt like crap after so I rather not go there it's not worth feeling sick. This book makes it easy to make dishes that and filling and very good.

  • Awesome cook book, actually fun to read!

    My husband and I are considering eating Paleo, or at least trying to eat more healthy. This book is chock full of wonderful dishes, and the author presents her Paleo reasonings without being preachy. She writes in a friendly and funny way. Whether we go Paleo or not, I already see lots of recipies I would like to make.

    I love this book! It’s not just a cookbook - it’s also a Primer on Paleo, and a journal of life in the Nom Nom household. I already had the second book, but thought I’d go back and get the first one, & I’m so glad I did! Recipes are easy to follow and delicious.

  • Mom loves it

    I bought this for my senior mom who is stuck at home due to COVID. I thought it would be a fun activity and healthy too. My mom is Japanese so it was nice for her to explore Paleo cooking that uses familiar flavors. Triple win! Yay!
