Brand New Head unit for FT 857
This is the actual front panel unit for FT 857, brand new. You can have your font panel display stripes repaired instead, but at the time this brand new unit was a few dollars more so I went with that. Since then, the price has skyrocketed, so you may want to consider just having the unit repaired. Ideal replacement 857 857D
It took no time at all to receive this replacement head. It works fine on FT 857 and also the FT957D.It`s of course a little expensive but the more people buy I notice the price is dropping. It`s the best alternative to buying a new radio. It is a genuine part and it makes your radio feel like new again. I purchased this as a spare head for my older first issue 857 and I have had no issues at all using it over the last few months. New In Box works perfect
