Many Thanks to Alfa 1750 for Producing this Diaphragm!
The diaphragm is of excellent quality, and I now order a set for every pair of Solex 44PPHs that I build. Like any other custom-made product that one buys to repair factory-built items over 50 years old, they must sometimes be fitted to each vacuum secondary unit so that full opening and closing can be achieved. I have found that occasionally I must use my Dremel tool to very slightly elongate the relief cut in the shaft to accommodate the actuating lever, or to allow both full opening and closing beyond the limits of the threaded adjustment. Am I complaining? Absolutely not! I am just so happy that they are finally available, I will do what little work is needed to install this excellent product.

solex overhaul kit
the secondary pumps do not thread into my shafts the thread size is too small. the gaskets seem to have shrunk as they do not align with theur mating surfaces. I need to return the complete order. Do you have a suggestion for a usable kit?

190 SL carb rebuild
Will be installed shortly but the quality of the rebuild looks fantastic. Profession people to deal with. I feel confident they’ll run well.
