sump
i was disappointed because one of the bolt hold downs was broken off. there are 4 bolts that hold the engine to the frame and one of the holes in the sump, where the bolt threads through, was broken off. i was forced to put 2 metal strap hold downs or there would have been much vibration and possibly another bolt hold down could have broken off because of excessive vibration. as the picture shows, the holes you see in the base represent a bolt going through it and secures it to the frame. one of these was broken off. thank you

As described, new condition, fair price, fit just right, oil pan part # 697106, for Craftsman riding mower, have not started motor yet, but everything bolted together and turns over good., would buy from them again.

Great Used Sump
The sump is in great used shape. It took an hour to clean and to remove the old gasket. It fits perfectly on 2007 17hp briggs model #13an77tg766.

Hairline crack in old sump. found failed compression release on camshaft
Price was right. Does what it needed to do for 1/4 the price.
