Easy to use and to keep clean
Love this frying pan and its easy to keep clean after use. I don't like non-stick ones as it always peels after a while, I have been using a ceramic one recently and this became very pitted, I am not sure why, maybe not dishwasher friendly. Great little pan
Looks well built and is non stick if you season it by heating the pan then adding ground nut oil and continue heating and swirling the oil until it starts smoking. Then let it cool and wipe out the surplus oil. Wash immediately after use using hot water with no detergent.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Wonderful pan after treating it to make it non-stick
Having looked for a good quality stainless steel frying pan, which wasn't an excessive price, I am very happy with this pan. To make it non-stick you need to use a small amount of animal fat, bring it to smoking point, turn off, allow to cool, wipe it out with a paper towel and do the same 4 more times. Nothing will stick, including eggs. However, after cooking the pan must be wiped clean. If using a detergent, it will lose its non stick and above treatment will have to be done again.
